1. LAW ON INFORMATION SOCIETY SERVICES AND ELECTRONIC COMMERCE

In compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services (LSSI), the following General Information is provided:

The domain www.fabricantesdecomplementos.com, hereinafter the Website, is registered under the name of Sacris Frugum I., S.L., with registered address at Mejorana Nº3 BL.-1 A-B, 18230 - Atarfe (Granada); a company registered in the Commercial Registry with VAT number B19569946, hereinafter THE OWNER.

2. CONDITIONS OF USE

I.- USERS

Access to and/or use of the Website www.fabricantesdecomplementos.com attributes the status of user to the person doing so, who, from that moment, fully and without reservation accepts these general conditions, as well as the particular conditions that, where applicable, supplement, modify or replace the general conditions in relation to certain services and content of the Website.

II.- USE OF THE WEBSITE, ITS SERVICES AND CONTENT

The user undertakes to use the Website and its services and content without contravening current legislation, good faith, generally accepted uses and public order.

Likewise, use of the Website for unlawful or harmful purposes against THE OWNER or any third party, or that in any way may cause damage or impede the normal functioning of the Website, is prohibited.

Regarding content (information, texts, graphics, sound and/or image files, photographs, designs, etc.), the following is prohibited:

  • Reproduction, distribution or modification, unless authorised by the legitimate owners or legally permitted.
  • Any infringement of the rights of THE OWNER or its legitimate owners over the same.
  • Use for any commercial or advertising purposes other than those strictly permitted.
  • Any attempt to obtain content from the Website by any means other than those made available to users and those habitually used on the internet, provided they do not cause any damage to the website.

III.- UNILATERAL MODIFICATION

THE OWNER may unilaterally and without prior notice, whenever deemed appropriate, modify the structure and design of the Website, as well as modify or delete the services, content and access and/or use conditions of the same.

IV.- HYPERLINKS

The establishment of any "hyperlink" between a web page and the Website shall be subject to the following conditions:

  • Total or partial reproduction of any of the Website's services or content is not permitted.
  • Unless prior express consent is given, the web page on which the hyperlink is established shall not contain any trademark, trade name, establishment sign, denomination, logo, slogan or other distinctive signs belonging to THE OWNER.
  • Under no circumstances shall THE OWNER be responsible for the content or services made available to the public on the web page from which the "hyperlink" is made, nor for the information and statements included therein.

V. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

THE OWNER does not grant any warranty nor is responsible, in any case, for damages of any nature arising from:

  • The lack of availability, maintenance and effective functioning of the Website and/or its services or content.
  • The lack of utility, adequacy or validity of the Website and/or its services or content to satisfy specific needs, activities, results or user expectations.
  • The existence of viruses, malicious or harmful programmes in the content.
  • The receipt, obtainment, storage, dissemination or transmission, by users, of the content.
  • The unlawful, negligent, fraudulent use of the Website, contrary to these General Conditions, to good faith, generally accepted uses or public order, on the part of users.
  • The lack of legality, quality, reliability, utility and availability of services provided by third parties and made available to users on the Website.
  • Failure by third parties to fulfil their obligations or commitments in relation to services provided to users through the Website.

VI. DURATION

The duration of the provision of the Website service and its services is indefinite.

Notwithstanding the above, THE OWNER reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the provision of the Website service or any of its services, under the same terms as set out in condition three.

VII. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.

Sacris Frugum I., S.L. and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile for any issues that may arise or actions exercised arising from the provision of the Website service and its services and content, and on the interpretation, application, compliance or non-compliance with what is established herein.

In the event that the User is domiciled outside Spain, Sacris Frugum I., S.L. and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Atarfe.

3. UNSUBSCRIPTION FROM COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS

In accordance with Law 34/2002 on information society services, users are guaranteed the possibility of stopping receiving commercial information within a maximum period of one month from when they communicate their wish by email to info@fabricantesdecomplementos.com
